Located at the Ronus headquarters, the Atlanta team is responsible for the oversight of market-leading assets. Management activities for two retail properties and Piazza at Paces keep the Atlanta team moving.

Terri Ellen, RPA, General Manager

Terri EllenTerri is responsible for the overall management of Piazza at Paces, a master-planned office and residential development located in Buckhead. She serves as property manager for three Class A office buildings within Piazza at Paces: The Forum (212,000 sf), The Rinaldi (42,000 sf) and The Medici (160,000 sf). Additionally, she manages a 417,000-square foot retail power center in Chattanooga, Tennessee and a 20,500-square foot CVS-anchored center in Atlanta.

Prior to Ronus Properties, Terri served in various levels of property management at CNM Associates for 12 years. Before CNM, she worked in property management and accounting at Trammell Crow for nine years.

Terri earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is a certified Real Property Administrator (RPA). Terri also holds a Georgia Real Estate License.
