Ronus Properties was established in 2001. Previously, as partners of CNM Associates, the Ronus team handled a third-party portfolio of over 10 million square feet and built a reputation as one of the top 50 asset management firms in the United States. This solid background affords us the experience to achieve long-term goals. We seek to strategically manage our properties and selectively grow our portfolio through equity partnerships, development and acquisitions.
