Nancy is responsible for all aspects of property management for Crossroads Plaza in Cary, North Carolina and Johnson City Crossing in Johnson City, Tennessee, totaling over 1 million square feet of retail space.
Nancy has extensive experience in commercial real estate and has managed properties throughout the Southeast. Her management experience includes regional malls, power centers, outlet and community centers, and Class A office space.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics from Hollins University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). She is also a North Carolina real estate broker.
