The Houston team resides at Meyerland Plaza, a 965,000-square foot regional power center. The management staff is responsible for the daily management, operations and maintenance of the shopping center.

Margaret GarrettMargaret oversees all aspects of property management for Meyerland Plaza, a 965,000-square foot power center. This is her second stint at the property. She also worked at Meyerland Plaza from 1987 through 1998. During this time, she oversaw the receivership and the $50 million redevelopment of the shopping center.

Prior to joining Ronus Properties, Margaret served as Senior Property Manager for Weingarten Realty Investors where she managed specialty retail and lifestyle centers in the Houston market for 10 years. She also supervised four regional managers that had a collective portfolio of 4 million square feet from Chicago to Houston.

Margaret attended Houston Baptist University. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designations. She also holds a Texas Real Estate License and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission. She is actively involved in The Institute of Real Estate Management.
