Rick is responsible for the overall business strategy and company performance as well as acquisitions, development, financing and joint-venture opportunities. The majority of his real estate and finance experience includes development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, portfolio management and property management. He has been involved in a variety of property types including regional malls, lifestyle centers, power centers, mixed-use, office, multi-family and hotels, primarily in the Southeast.
Prior to joining Ronus Properties, Rick served as Chief Financial Officer for Jim Wilson & Associates for seven years. Before Jim Wilson & Associates, he worked with the Real Estate Services Industry Group at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. Rick is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a CPA.
Richard is responsible for the asset management of all retail, office, apartment and mixed-use properties. He directs project teams including leasing agents, property managers, construction managers, accountants and marketing directors towards accomplishment of investment objectives. Richard is also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve property performance.
Richard's extensive career in real estate includes portfolio management, property management and market research. He has been involved with a variety of property types including strip malls, power centers, regional malls, office buildings, office/flex facilities and industrial properties located throughout the country. His track record of success spans from development to implementation of strategic plans for investment grade and troubled assets. Prior to Ronus Properties, he served as Senior Vice President with CNM Associates. He also held positions with Landuaer Realty Advisors, AEGON USA Realty Management, Inc. and Carter and Associates.
Richard earned Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science, Real Estate degrees from Georgia State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). Richard is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and Florida.
Mindy is responsible for all corporate finances including corporate financial reporting, cash management, corporate banking relationships, owner reporting, tax compliance and federal, state, and local government reporting requirements. In addition, she is responsible for corporate budget preparation, profitability analyses, financial forecasting, retirement plan administration and capital expenditure plan administration.
Prior to Ronus Properties, Mindy served as Corporate Controller for CNM Associates. Prior to CNM, she was Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse LLP.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with honors. Mindy earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Masters of Taxation degree, summa cum laude from Georgia State University. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a CPA.
Ethel is responsible for drafting and revising retail and office lease agreements, ensuring lease compliance with loan documents, overseeing analysis of credit reports and maintaining lease files and acquisition and loan files.
Prior to joining Ronus Properties, Ethel was Director of Lease Administration with CNM Associates. Before CNM, Ethel worked in a variety of disciplines including retail property management, accounts receivable and bankruptcy/litigation with Aronov Realty Company. She also served as a paralegal with Jim Wilson & Associates and worked at Colonial Mortgage Company.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Eva is responsible for the accounting and financial function of the operating properties. These duties include: preparing the financial analysis and proforma for each property, supervising the accounting staff, performing monthly financial budget variance reviews, reviewing and monitoring sales contracts, managing agreements and coordinating the budget and annual billing process of the properties.
Prior to joining Ronus Properties, Eva was the Director of Accounting for CNM Associates. Before CNM, she was an Area Accounting Manager for JMB Properties, overseeing the accounting function of six regional malls. Eva has also worked as Director of Accounting for First Capital Financial Corporation where she oversaw the accounting function of fee-managed retail and office properties.
She holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Kennesaw State University. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Caroline is responsible for all marketing activities for Ronus Properties including corporate, consumer, tradeshow, development and leasing marketing. She maintains the Ronus brand through corporate marketing initiatives and tradeshow presence. Her consumer marketing duties consist of developing, implementing and directing programs for power centers and mixed-use developments including advertising, public relations, events, promotions, website and grand opening marketing for properties in North Carolina, Connecticut and Texas. She is also responsible for office leasing marketing efforts at Piazza at Paces in Atlanta.
Previously, Caroline worked in the public relations department of Bates USA, an Atlanta advertising agency.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia's Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
