The West Hartford Team is located in the heart of Blue Back Square. They service the needs of the tenants through efficient and timely property management of the mixed-use development. The team offers exciting customer experiences with onsite events and promotional activities throughout the year.
Will is the Senior Property Manager of Blue Back Square, a 600,000-square foot mixed-use development. He oversees all aspects of managing the West Hartford development that includes retail, Class A office, luxury condominiums, loft-style rental apartments, a health club, surgery center and parking garages.
Will's career encompasses retailing, leasing, management, development and construction. Prior to joining Ronus, he worked with several companies including Allied Stores and Sakowitz, Inc. in Houston, Texas, The Rouse Company in New Orleans, Louisiana, Konover Development Corporation in Farmington, Connecticut, and Capital Properties in Hartford, Connecticut.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations. Will is a licensed Connecticut Real Estate Sales Representative and a graduate of the Marine Corps Office Candidates School. He currently serves on the boards of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce and The Heritage Condominiums.
Barbara is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the branding, advertising, onsite promotions and special events involving retail, restaurant and office tenants. Barbara also leases The Lofts at Blue Back Square, 48 residential loft-style rental apartments.
Prior to joining Ronus Properties in 2008, Barbara owned a retail business for 30 years in downtown Hartford and West Hartford Center.
Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Quinnipiac University. She has served on several boards including the Connecticut Small Business Administration and the Hartford Civic Center/Connecticut Development Authority. She is past president of Business for Downtown Hartford where she coordinated community events and group advertising and marketing initiatives for all businesses. Barbara was also a past president of the West Hartford Center Business Association. She was also a founding member of the Hartford Hellcats CBA basketball team.
